Cancellation Policy

1. You can reschedule a single Session on the Website, free of charge, up to twenty four (24) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time.   2. You can cancel or amend a single session manually also one day before (free of charge) during office hours (8 AM to 6 PM). Same day cancellation is not allowed. However, you can call us during office hours to re-schedule your session to any other timeslot within same day. We will accommodate your request, if the timeslot is available. 3. In case of cancellation of a session, any refund will not be issued. However, the cancelled session will be credited back to your SPJ Helping Hands booking account, which you can redeem later within specified duration. 4. Our office hours for manual booking and other communications are Mon - Sun: 8 am to 6 pm. 5. Due to whatever reason, if a session is being terminated, there won't be any refund done for unused session.
